CMC Materials provides materials for the chemical-mechanical planarisation process in semiconductor manufacturing, including slurries designed for polishing tungsten, dielectric, copper, tantalum, silicon carbide and aluminium, as well as pads which can be used on 300mm and 200mm wafers. In addition, the company provides chemicals specific to the electronics industry, including etching, post-etch removal and solvents for a range of applications.
