Idplan Engineering is a German independent company offering design, planning and management support through its wide-ranging knowledge of the semiconductor manufacturing industry. This includes: chemical supply and handling; gas supply and abatement; chemical-mechanical planarization (CMP) systems; ultrapure water plants; and wastewater treatment plants. The company has worked on projects such as fab design for White Oak Semiconductor, Siemens Microelectronics, and Simec, providing chemical supply and CMP process advice for all three of these projects, as well as ultrapure water and wastewater project planning for the former two. Other major clients include Infineon Technologies and Micron Technology.
