Levitronix, founded in 2001 as a spin-off from Sulzer, supplies process equipment for the microelectronics industry. The company has been a key provider of ultrapure pumps, mixers and flow sensors to the microelectronics industry for over 20 years. Levitronix is also a market leader in other applications; bulk chemical delivery, CMP slurry delivery, cleaning, and plating.
