Tosoh is a global chemicals and materials company based in Tokyo, Japan, and two of its divisions, Tosoh SMD, and Tosoh Quartz, have particular application to the microelectronics industry. Tosoh SMD offers a range of high-purity metals for conductor material for wafer sizes ranging from <150mm through to 450 mm. Tosoh Quartz produces tubes required for thermal processes, as well as silica glass products used in etching processes.
